Founded in 2014 as Red Door Ventures, Populo Living was initially created to address the private rental market, generating income for Newham Council. Since October 2018, under the leadership of Mayor Rokhsana Fiaz, our mission has expanded significantly. We are now committed to addressing the acute shortage of genuinely affordable homes in Newham, with plans to have over 1,000 new homes underway by March 2022. Our experience encompasses a variety of housing solutions, including private rent, social rent, and shared ownership.
