The landmark project that marked our ascension was the Stratford Eye for L&Q, which laid the groundwork for our expansion into the thriving East London market.
As our reputation grew, so did our workforce, expanding to 20-25 staff by 2008. We became known as the leading sales agents for new homes in East London, consistently delivering between 500 to 600 units annually. Our expertise has allowed us to forge lasting relationships with various Registered Providers, further enhancing our portfolio.

This project featured 704 homes, all of which were sold within an impressive 18 months of launch, showcasing our effectiveness and market insight.
